About
Bradford and Craven Autism AIM is a free service co-led by and run for autistic adults (aged 18 and over) who get little or no funded support. We work with autistic adults living in or registered with a GP in the Bradford, Airedale and Wharfedale and Craven areas.
Our services
Post-Diagnostic Support
Support over up to four meetings to help you understand your autism diagnosis and develop strategies for managing day-to-day
Autism Health Access Project
Help to access GP services, communicate healthcare needs and one-to-one peer support around health issues
Mental Health Peer Support Groups
Our sister Yorkshire Autism AIM service will run regular in-person and online mental health-focused peer support group sessions.
These services will be run from our Bradford Autism Hub. This will be held at a venue in the Bradford District, to be confirmed.
We are part of The Advonet Group, an independent advocacy charity based in Leeds. Our service is connected to Leeds Autism AIM and the Autism AIM – Mental Health Equity Project.
Bradford and Craven Autism AIM is funded by grants from the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership and West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership.
