We are delighted to announce that Bradford and Craven Autism AIM has received a new contract to keep our services going for the next four years. There will also be an option of an additional fifth year.
The contract will see us continue to receive funding from the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), with support from Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership. As part of that, we will continue to provide:
- Information, navigation and signposting through our website, via email, over the phone and in one-to-one appointments
- Post-diagnostic support for autistic adults with a formal autism diagnosis
- Support to access GP services through our Health Access Project
We will also keep our monthly online Mental Health Peer Support Groups going for the foreseeable future.
Big thanks
We are extremely grateful to our funders for showing faith in us. Our aim is to ensure we are there for autistic adults across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. In the next few years, we hope to reach more autistic adults in our area.
