Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Guides
Made by the Autism AIM – Mental Health Equity Project, there are a series of free guides to Personal Independence Payment (PIP). This is a benefit for people who are under state pension age in the UK and need support with daily activities or getting around because of a long-term illness or disability.
Many autistic people are entitled to PIP, but there are difficulties in making a claim for it. The guides below can help with that, providing useful information on areas like eligibility, the application process and appeals.
