New Autism Mental Peer Support Groups for Bradford and Craven

We are delighted to announce that, alongside our friends in the Autism AIM – Mental Health Equity Project team, we will run new mental health-focused peer support groups for autistic adults in our area.

The groups will take place once a month and will be held online on the Zoom app. They are all free to attend and are for autistic adults (aged 18 and over) living in the Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven areas.

When are the groups?

Each group will be on the first Wednesday of the month, running from 6pm-7pm. The first group will be on Wednesday 3rd July from 6pm-7pm.

In the first group, we will have an open discussion around autism and mental health. After that, the group will discuss a specific topic every month.

How can I join?

To join, you will first need to make a referral to Bradford and Craven Autism AIM. To do that, please visit the Referrals page of our website here: Make a Referral.

If you have any questions about the group, please contact the Mental Health Equity Project by emailing yaamhep@advonet.org.uk.
